Welcome to Raksha Sutra Planners. By accessing our services, booking an event, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Offered
Raksha Sutra Planners provides expert planning and execution for the following event categories:
Weddings
Corporate Events
Birthday Parties
Religious Events
Each event is personalised based on your requirements and may include decor, logistics, vendor management, and more.
- Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of 20 % is required to confirm your event date.
The remaining amount must be paid 7 days before the event date.
Accepted payment methods include: [UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, etc.].
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount (excluding the booking fee).
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

- Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
Providing accurate and timely event information.
Ensuring venue availability and required permits.
Complying with local laws and venue rules.
Notifying us of changes or special requests promptly.
- Vendors & Third-Party Services
We collaborate with experienced vendors for services like catering, decoration, sound, etc. While we coordinate with them closely, Raksha Sutra Planners is not liable for third-party performance issues or delays.
If a vendor becomes unavailable, we will suggest equivalent alternatives.
- Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to reasons beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vendor issues, natural causes, or venue-related problems.
- Media Consent
Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing, you grant Raksha Sutra Planners the right to use event photos/videos for promotional purposes, including social media, brochures, and our website.
10. Privacy
Your personal and event-related information is confidential and will only be used for planning purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Rajasthan (India). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bhilwara (Raj.).
